Paving the Way for Frontline Workers Worldwide
Moving Beyond Barriers to Sustainable Ministry
I've spent over three decades in cross-cultural ministry, including 28 years as a missionary in Germany, planting churches and seeing thousands come to faith across the globe. Through decades of hands-on experience with international workers in dozens of countries, I learned a hard truth: most dedicated servants of God don't struggle on the field because they lack vision — they struggle because they lack a sustainable support team.
When a worker is under-supported, they spend their energy stressed about survival rather than focused on ministry. But when they are fully funded and surrounded by intercessors, they thrive. That is why I serve as a Ministry Partnership Development (MPD) Coach with The Friends of Israel Gospel Ministry (FOI). My core calling is simple: take complex support-raising concepts and make them simple, clear, and actionable.
I clear the administrative and strategic obstacles so our national representatives can focus on their frontline calling — reaching Jewish communities and their neighbors with Biblical truth, humanitarian aid, and the hope of the Messiah.
The Power of Multiplication
When you partner with me, you aren't just supporting one worker. You are investing in a multiplier effect.
By coaching and equipping national leaders across 9 countries — from Germany, France, and the UK to Poland, Ukraine, Israel, Argentina, Australia, and New Zealand — we empower them to build local, sustainable prayer and financial teams in their native languages and cultures.

What International Representatives Are Saying
"Before our sessions, support raising felt overwhelming and transactional. Coach William helped me see it biblically and gave me a clear, step-by-step path forward. Now I have confidence and peace in building my team."-- FOI International Representative "
The coaching helped me overcome cultural barriers to asking for support in my home country. I learned how to invite people into a shared vision rather than asking for a favor."-- European Ministry Leader
